Decision Form
God loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life.
“For God so loved the world that He gave his only son, that whoever believes
in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” — John 3:16
We are all sinners.
Romans 3:23 says, “All have sinned and come short of the glory of God.
There are consequences for our sin.
Romans 6:23 says, “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
There is a remedy.
Romans 10:9 says, “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved.”
Would you, right now, admit to God you are a sinner, receive His gift of eternal life by confessing Him as Lord and trust Him alone to be your Savior?
If you will, verse 9 of Romans 10 says you will be saved!
